How To Make Garrett’s Peanut Butter Caramel Corn Recipe
Sweet and salty popcorn coated in peanut butter caramel sauce.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of unpopped popcorn kernels
- 1 cup of light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 1/2 tsp of salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 250°F. Pop the popcorn kernels using your preferred method and pour into a large bowl.

In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt over medium heat, stirring until the mixture is melted and smooth.

Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, for 4 minutes and then remove from heat.

Add the baking soda to the mixture and stir to combine. The mixture will become bubbly and light.

Pour the caramel mixture over the popcorn and stir until evenly coated.

Spread the popcorn mixture in an even layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until the caramel corn is crisp.
