How To Make Garrett’s Cinnamon Almond Caramel Corn
Crispy popcorn coated in cinnamon almond caramel, a perfect movie snack!

Ingredients
- 8 cups popped popcorn
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add the popcorn and almonds to a large mixing bowl and set aside.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the brown sugar, corn syrup, and cinnamon, stirring until combined.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then let it boil for 4 minutes without stirring.

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the baking soda. The mixture will bubble.

Pour the caramel over the popcorn and almonds, and stir until evenly coated.

Spread the mixture out onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

Let it cool completely before serving.
