How To Make Evelyn’s Banana Pudding Recipe
A classic Southern dessert, made with fresh bananas, vanilla wafers, and creamy pudding.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 box (3.4oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 package (11oz) vanilla wafers
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Set aside.

In another bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

Layer vanilla wafers, sliced bananas, and pudding mixture in serving dish.

Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up, ending with pudding mixture.

Top with whipped cream.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until ready to serve.
