A classic Emeril Lagasse dish with succulent shrimp in a tangy, zesty remoulade sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, cooked and peeled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Creole mustard
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, both mustards, horseradish, ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, paprika, and salt.

  2. Add shrimp to the mixture and toss to coat.

  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

  4. Before serving, top with chopped green onions and parsley.
