How To Make Copycat Emeril’s Boozy Crab Legs

  • 36 oz premium beer
  • 3 lemons (halved)
  • 1 head garlic (halved)
  • 3 lbs. Alaskan king crab legs
  1. In a large stockpot with a steamer attached, add beer, lemons, and garlic then bring to a boil.
  2. Cook crab legs for 5 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Serve with drawn butter.
