How To Make Chi-Chi’s Taco Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. cumin
- Salt and pepper
- 4 cups lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup corn, cooked
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup tortilla chips, crushed
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions

Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking up with a spoon. Drain excess fat.

Add chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 2-3 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, lettuce, tomatoes, corn, black beans, cheese, and tortilla chips.

Serve with salsa and sour cream on top.
