How To Make Bob Evans Sausage and Egg Breakfast Skillet Recipe
A delicious and hearty breakfast skillet with savory sausage, scrambled eggs, and crispy potatoes.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Bob Evans Original Sausage
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

In the same skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add potatoes and onion, and cook until potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Add cooked sausage back into the skillet with the potatoes and onions. Mix well.

Pour egg mixture over the sausage and potato mixture. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

Place skillet in preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until eggs are set.

Remove skillet from oven, sprinkle with sliced green onions, and serve hot.
