Ingredients
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook egg noodles according to package instructions and set aside.

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent.

Add the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir until well combined.

Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet and stir until they are coated in the sauce.

Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.

Top with shredded cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
