Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in corn syrup and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.

Beat eggs in a separate bowl then stir in sugar, flour, and vanilla. Gradually add cooled butter mixture, stirring constantly.

Mix in pecan halves and pour into a pie crust.

Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the pie is set.
