How To Make Aunt Susie’s Peach Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 cups peeled and sliced fresh peaches
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, for serving (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Combine sliced peaches, 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp salt in a large bowl and mix well.

Pour melted butter and vanilla extract over peach mixture and mix well.

Transfer mixture to a 9×9 inch baking dish.

In a separate bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, and 1/4 tsp salt.

Stir in milk until batter is smooth.

Pour batter over peach mixture, spreading it evenly.
