  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 4 tbsp of butter
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

  4. Beat eggs and milk together, then add to the dry ingredients and mix well.

  5. Melt butter in a saucepan, then add to the mixture with vanilla extract. Mix well.

  6. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.

  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until set.

  8. Let it cool for 15 minutes before serving.
