How To Make Microwave Chilli

Nothing makes the day better than a dish perfectly seasoned with hot, spicy chili. Who doesn’t want that invigorating kick of spicy flavor that chili powder or peppers bring? Good thing, we have these delicious chili recipes you can try when you’re craving something hot.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 2 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe dish, combine the ground beef, onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, or until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender.

  2. Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chilli powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the dish. Stir well to combine.

  3. Cover the dish and microwave on high for 10 minutes, or until the chilli is heated through and the flavors have melded together.

  4. Serve hot with your favorite toppings such as sour cream, shredded cheese, and chopped green onions.
