Ingredients

  • 2 cups of vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tbsp of ginger syrup
  • 1/2 tsp of ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp of chili powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the vanilla ice cream, ginger syrup, and ground ginger. Mix well.

  2. Place the mixture in the freezer for 5 minutes to firm up slightly.

  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

  4. Stir in the chili powder into the melted chocolate.

  5. Remove the ice cream from the freezer and drizzle the chili-chocolate sauce over the top.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
