How To Make Speedy Ginger Ice Cream with Chilli-Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 cups of vanilla ice cream
- 2 tbsp of ginger syrup
- 1/2 tsp of ground ginger
- 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp of chili powder
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the vanilla ice cream, ginger syrup, and ground ginger. Mix well.

Place the mixture in the freezer for 5 minutes to firm up slightly.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

Stir in the chili powder into the melted chocolate.

Remove the ice cream from the freezer and drizzle the chili-chocolate sauce over the top.
