How To Make Soy & Chilli Chicken with Peppers & Peanuts

Ingredients
- 500g boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup peanuts
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Spring onions, for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, chili sauce, honey, and minced garlic.

Marinate the chicken in the sauce mixture for at least 10 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or pan over high heat.

Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the sliced bell peppers and peanuts. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Season with salt to taste.

Garnish with spring onions.

Serve hot with steamed rice.
