Ingredients

  • 500g boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Spring onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, chili sauce, honey, and minced garlic.

  2. Marinate the chicken in the sauce mixture for at least 10 minutes.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or pan over high heat.

  4. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

  5. Add the sliced bell peppers and peanuts. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  6. Season with salt to taste.

  7. Garnish with spring onions.

  8. Serve hot with steamed rice.
