Ingredients

  • 2 cups of mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, peanuts)
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix together the vegetable oil, honey, soy sauce, chilli powder, ground ginger, and salt.

  3. Add the mixed nuts to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the spice mixture.

  4. Spread the nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the nuts are golden brown and crunchy.

  6. Allow the nuts to cool completely before serving.
