  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup crème fraîche
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, and crème fraîche until well combined.

  4. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey-mustard mixture over them, ensuring each piece is coated evenly.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
