- 4 chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup crème fraîche
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, and crème fraîche until well combined.

Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey-mustard mixture over them, ensuring each piece is coated evenly.
