How To Make Chicken with Chorizo & Leeks

- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 chorizo sausages
- 2 leeks, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear the chicken in the skillet until browned on both sides.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the chorizo sausages and cook until browned.

Remove the chorizo from the skillet and set aside.

Add the sliced leeks and minced garlic to the skillet, cook until softened.

Return the chicken and chorizo to the skillet, nestling them among the leeks.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Serve the chicken with chorizo and leeks, garnished with fresh parsley.
