  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet and brush both sides with the rosemary mixture.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.

  5. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs before serving.
