Ingredients

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp ground allspice
  • 1 tsp thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 8 chicken wings, cooked

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, and brown sugar.

  2. Add garlic, ginger, allspice, thyme leaves, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Whisk until well combined.

  3. Toss cooked chicken wings with the sauce and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
