How To Make Chicken Kievs

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Oil, for frying
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into each chicken breast.

In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Spoon the garlic butter mixture into each chicken breast pocket, then press the edges together to seal.

Dip each stuffed chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
