- 4 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
- Maple syrup, for serving

Preheat a waffle iron.

In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides.

Grease the waffle iron with melted butter.

Place a slice of bread onto each section of the waffle iron and close the lid.

Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the waffles are golden brown and crispy.
