How To Make To Die For Blueberry Muffins
Deliciously moist blueberry muffins that will leave you craving for more after the first bite!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.

Slowly add the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until just combined.

Gently fold in the blueberries.

Line muffin tins with muffin cups and fill each cup up to 2/3 full with the muffin batter.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until the muffin tops are light golden brown.

Allow them to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
