How To Make St Clement’s Pancake Topping

Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Start by zesting the oranges and lemon, set aside.

  2. Squeeze the juice out of the oranges and lemon.

  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

  4. Add the juice and sugar to the saucepan.

  5. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.

  6. Add the zest to the saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.

  7. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving over pancakes.
