Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup crushed pistachios
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth and melted.

  2. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the prepared pancakes.

  3. Sprinkle the fresh raspberries and crushed pistachios over the chocolate drizzle.

  4. Drizzle the maple syrup over the topping.
