How To Make Eggless Pancakes

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.

Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix – lumps are okay.

Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Serve warm with your favorite toppings like syrup, berries, or chocolate chips.
