How To Make Breakfast Granola Cups
These easy breakfast granola cups, made with bananas, rolled oats, and cinnamon, are a great quick breakfast, post-workout bite, or healthy snack.

Ingredients
- 2bananas
- ⅓cuphoney
- 1tspalmond extract
- 1¼cupsrolled oats
- 1tspcinnamon
- 1pinchsalt
For Optional Toppings:
- yogurt
- blueberry
- raspberry
Instructions

Mash two bananas in a small bowl. Add the honey and almond extract. Mix well and set aside.

Mix the rolled oats, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl, then add the banana mixture to it. Mix well.

Transfer to muffin tin tray, pressing down on the middle and sides to form the cup. Chill for about 1 to 2 hours.

Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees F. Leave to cool for about 10 to 20 minutes.

Top with yogurt, blueberries, and raspberries. Enjoy!
