How To Make Breakfast Granola Cups

These easy breakfast granola cups, made with bananas, rolled oats, and cinnamon, are a great quick breakfast, post-workout bite, or healthy snack.

Total: 1 hour 30 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2bananas
  • cuphoney
  • 1tspalmond extract
  • cupsrolled oats
  • 1tspcinnamon
  • 1pinchsalt

For Optional Toppings:

  • yogurt
  • blueberry
  • raspberry

Instructions

  1. Mash two bananas in a small bowl. Add the honey and almond extract. Mix well and set aside.

  2. Mix the rolled oats, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl, then add the banana mixture to it. Mix well.

  3. Transfer to muffin tin tray, pressing down on the middle and sides to form the cup. Chill for about 1 to 2 hours.

  4. Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees F. Leave to cool for about 10 to 20 minutes.

  5. Top with yogurt, blueberries, and raspberries. Enjoy!
