Instructions

  1. Fill a medium-sized pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil.

  2. Gently lower the eggs into the boiling water using a spoon.

  3. Add salt to the pot.

  4. Reduce the heat to medium-low and let the eggs simmer for 10 minutes.

  5. After 10 minutes, carefully transfer the eggs to a bowl filled with ice water.

  6. Let the eggs sit in the ice water for at least 5 minutes to cool and stop the cooking process.

  7. Peel the eggs and serve them as desired.
