How To Make Dunkin Donuts Blueberry Pancake Bites Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Maple syrup for serving
Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the milk, greek yogurt, egg, and melted butter.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and slowly mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

Gently fold in the blueberries.

Preheat a nonstick mini muffin tin over low heat.

Spoon 1 tablespoon of batter into each muffin cup.

Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the edges start to dry out.
