How To Make Easy Breakfast Egg Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced cooked ham
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with muffin liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.

Stir in the shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, onions, and ham.

Pour the egg mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the muffins are set and lightly golden on top.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
