How To Make Southwest Breakfast Sandwich Recipe

A hearty breakfast sandwich with a Southwestern twist.

Ingredients

  • 4 English muffins
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices of pepper jack cheese
  • 4 slices of cooked bacon
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 jalapeno, sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Toast English muffins in the oven.

  3. Cook eggs to your desired preference (scrambled, over easy, etc.).

  4. Assemble sandwiches by placing a slice of pepper jack cheese on one toasted English muffin half, followed by a cooked egg, a slice of bacon, sliced avocado, sliced jalapeno, and salt and pepper to taste. Top with the other toasted English muffin half.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
