How To Make Sausage Roll-ups

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 4 sausage links
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.

Cut the sheet into 4 equal strips.

Place a sausage link on each strip of pastry.

Roll up the pastry tightly around the sausage, sealing the edges.

Place the roll-ups, seam side down, on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and the sausages are cooked through.
