How To Make Breakfast Sausage and Spinach Omelette Recipe
A delicious and healthy omelette filled with savory breakfast sausage and nutritious spinach.

Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 breakfast sausage links, chopped
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together.

In a non-stick skillet, cook breakfast sausage over medium-high heat until browned.

Remove sausage and spinach from skillet and set aside.

Melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat.

When butter is fully melted, pour in egg mixture and let it cook undisturbed for a minute.

Using a spatula, carefully lift the edges of the egg mixture and allow the uncooked part to flow underneath.

When the eggs are almost set, spread the cooked sausage, spinach, and shredded cheese over half of the omelette.

Use the spatula to gently fold the other half of the omelette over the filling.

Cook for another minute until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully cooked.
