How To Make Freezer-Friendly Frittata Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (such as bell peppers, spinach, onions)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round baking dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Stir in the chopped vegetables and shredded cheese.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the frittata is set and lightly golden on top.

Allow the frittata to cool completely.

Once cooled, carefully slice the frittata into individual portions.

Wrap each portion tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil.

Place the wrapped frittatas in a freezer-safe bag or container.
