Ingredients

  • 4 bagels, sliced in half
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Cook the bacon in a frying pan over medium heat until crispy, then set aside.

  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.

  4. Cook the scrambled eggs in the same pan as the bacon until soft and fluffy.

  5. Place the bagels on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven until lightly golden.

  6. Assemble the sandwich by placing a slice of cheese on the bottom half of the bagel, followed by 2 slices of bacon and a generous helping of scrambled eggs.

  7. Add the top half of the bagel and serve immediately.
