How To Make Ham and Onion Bagel Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 bagels, sliced in half
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until they caramelize, stirring occasionally (around 15-20 mins).

  2. Toast the sliced bagels.

  3. Spread mayonnaise on the toasted bagel slices.

  4. Add a slice of ham, a slice of cheddar cheese, and a spoonful of caramelized onions on each bagel.

  5. Top with the other bagel half.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
