- 4 bagels, halved
- 8 strips of bacon
- 4 eggs
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and toast the bagel halves until they are crispy on the edges.

In a frying pan, cook the bacon until it is crispy. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
