  • 8 strips of bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and toast the bagel halves until they are crispy on the edges.

  2. In a frying pan, cook the bacon until it is crispy. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
