How To Make Spiced Applesauce Bread

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.

In a large bowl, mix together the applesauce, sugar, oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
