  • 1tspcinnamon
  • 1tspbaking soda
  • ½tspsalt
  • 2large eggs
  • ½cupsour cream
  • 2ripe bananas,mashed
  • 2tspvanilla extract
  • ½cupapplesauce
  • ½cupbrown sugar,packed
  • ½cupsugar


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 9×5-inch loaf pan with baking spray.

  2. Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sour cream, vanilla extract, and bananas until smooth.

  4. Whisk in brown sugar, white sugar, and applesauce until smooth.

  5. Add the dry ingredients and whisk together until just combined, then pour into loaf pan.

  6. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean
