How To Make Applesauce Zucchini Bread

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup grated zucchini
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

In a large bowl, mix together the applesauce, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

Stir in the grated zucchini until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
