  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, milk, and honey.

  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.

  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool before slicing.
