Ingredients

  • 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp of fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp of fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp of fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, chopped mint, dill, and parsley until well combined.

  2. Drizzle olive oil over the yogurt mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Serve chilled with pita bread or veggies.
