How To Make IHOP Strawberry Banana Crepes Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 sliced banana
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, and salt until smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat, and ladle 1/4 cup of the crepe batter onto the pan, using a circular motion to spread the batter into a thin layer.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for an additional minute. Repeat with remaining batter.

Once done, fill each crepe with sliced strawberries and bananas.

Roll up the crepes and top with whipped cream, if desired.
