Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.

Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.

Add the milk and minced garlic, mixing until just combined.

Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a greased or lined baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

In a small bowl, mix together melted butter and chopped parsley.
