How To Make IHOP Southwest Scramble Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado, peeled and diced
- Salsa and sour cream, for serving
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, sauté the bell peppers, onion, and jalapeño peppers until they are tender, about 5 minutes.

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and stir frequently until the eggs are cooked through and scrambled, about 5-7 minutes.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs and let it melt.

Top with chopped cilantro and diced avocado.
