Ingredients

  • 200g vermicelli noodles
  • 250g chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the vermicelli noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.

  3. Add the chicken slices and cook until they are no longer pink.

  4. Add the shredded cabbage, julienned carrot, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

  5. Add the cooked vermicelli noodles to the wok and toss well with the vegetables.

  6. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour over the noodle mixture and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well coated.

  7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
