Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • Your favorite burger toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, grated onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties and make a slight dimple in the center of each patty to prevent it from puffing up during cooking.

  3. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.

  4. Cook the burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two until lightly charred.

  6. Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked patties on the bottom bun and topping with your favorite burger toppings.
