How To Make Pasta Shells with Broccoli & Anchovies

Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta shells
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 anchovy fillets, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions

Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes. Set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and anchovy fillets. Cook until fragrant and the anchovies have dissolved.

Add the cooked pasta shells and steamed broccoli to the skillet. Toss to coat everything in the garlic and anchovy mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
