How To Make Quick Steak & Mushroom Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1 lb steak, thinly sliced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Cook until the mushrooms are golden brown and the onion is tender.

Reduce the heat to medium and add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

Return the cooked steak to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes, until the steak is cooked through and the flavors are well combined.

Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream until smooth and creamy.

Serve the stroganoff over cooked egg noodles or rice. Garnish with fresh parsley.
