  • 4 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together cubed watermelon, crumbled feta cheese and chopped fresh mint leaves.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
