How To Make Sweet Corn Tomalito

Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

Cut the corn kernels off the cobs and scrape the cobs with the back of a knife to release the milk.

In a blender, blend 2 cups of the corn kernels with the cornmeal, sugar, melted butter, milk, and salt until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.

Sprinkle the remaining corn kernels on top.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the Tomalito is set and golden on top.

Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
